Team-Building Workshops Using the Myers-Briggs

We can’t help it: We think everyone is just like us. The Myers-Briggs is the most widely used personality preference instrument in the world, and perfect for large, diverse groups. And it gets the message across beautifully that, no, you are not the center of the universe. There are many other types of people out there who will seem like aliens to you, it’s dangerous to make assumptions about what they are thinking and doing, and it’s okay to laugh and have fun getting to know your colleagues better while you learn this powerful truth together.

We offer three team-building training options that use the Myers-Briggs.

• a fun, action-packed five-hour Team-Building Workshop that gives participants multiple opportunities to work in small groups with different colleagues
• an all-day program that starts with the five-hour Team-Building Workshop and adds exercises in the afternoon that apply what the group has just learned to real-life team challenges
• "Excelling at Influence," an advanced, one-day workshop that uses the Myers-Briggs and entertaining group exercises to learn communication best practices and effective influence skills (the Team-Building Workshop is a prerequisite)

For all of these, we use the more nuanced Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Step II instrument, which participants take online in advance.
